Time to Decide

On Thursday my boss, the CFO of the company, told me that I’m getting laid off effective November 2. I’ve been meaning to leave for some time and have been testing the waters out in the big beyond. It looks like now I’ll be diving in full force. But the question is should I take a couple of months off and live off of unemployment and savings, or get a job immediately? The problem I have is that after a week off I get restless. So I’m leaning towards getting a job immediately. But not working for a bit would be quite nice. Eh. I have a month to decide.
